Return Policy for Laventina.com:

Customers of Laventina are eligible to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, please contact returns@laventina.com. You will receive detailed return instructions in response to your email.

All return requests must be made within this timeframe to be considered. The following general guidelines apply to returned items:

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Any items with signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Returns must be shipped back in appropriate packaging to ensure the item's safe return.

Please note that if the product is dirty, hairy, or has an odor, we reserve the right to withhold a full refund for the item.

Additionally, underwear items are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
